Is there a 15-6 investigation into the Gomor?

There was no 15-6 Investigation. The GOMOR is in my OMPF and is completely in violation of the reg. (Not Administratively Correct) Despite all this both DASEB and ABCMR have both said I have insufficient evidence. I am now in the wait a year before you can rea appeal point.
